Professional Services/Secondment

With an ever increasing trend of requiring the necessary resource without providing permanent employment, many of our clients use our professional services to fill their contract positions. Our range of services is comprehensive, from sourcing, to secondment, to contract renewal and even conversion from contract to permanent employment. We are committed to find the most appropriate resource from the market to address such shorter term resource and project needs.

As at end 2006, we have some 300 consultants regionally seconded to banks, financial institutions and MNCs. This number is growing steadily. Our consultants fill a variety of roles, as vast as the roles within our client organizations. For IT roles, we have programmers, technology architects, system administrators, database administrators, application developers and even project management officers. For non-IT roles, we have resources for finance analysts, outsourcing specialists, customer service officers and settlement specialists.

We are flexible in order to best support our clients in their needs. While typical contracts are 12 months or longer, we will assist with shorter assignments as well. We charge a competitive monthly fee. Our clients also have the option of converting our consultants to their permanent employment whenever appropriate.
