For technical positions, we have tests that can be conducted in an interview manner or in writing. At least 2 rounds of candidate reviews are conducted internally before sending to our customers.

Value Added Services
We provide a host of distinguishing value added services and after sales services to our clients that would make the relationship lasting and mutually beneficial. These services are tailored for each client based on their needs and requirements. Some of these services are designed to uplift staff retention, often an important concern of our clients.

For example, for major clients whom we second many staff to, we
  1. Provide training for updating the technology expertise of our seconded staff in order to meet the client’s needs which change from time to time.
  2. Create a sense of belonging of our seconded staff and ensuring good staff morale by hosting Orientation, Outings, Christmas Party, Annual Dinner and Courtesy Visit.
  3. Assist the client in conducting periodic reviews (target setting, progress updates) with our seconded staff.
  4. Provide a telephone/email hotline for assisting our seconded staff with technical problems faced at work.

We charge our clients on a contingent basis whereby only successful searches are charged. Our pricing is both favorable and flexible. As our business is based primarily on repeat business and as the Preferred Supplier to our clients, we offer good volume discounts to augment such relationships.
